If you're new here from the Shades of Gray tour - welcome - I'm so happy you're here! I try to give a quilty update once a week sharing just a bit of what I'm accomplishing in my sewing time each week.

AQS New England Quilt Week

I had a great time at the AQS New England show. I walked away thinking I have so much room for improvement in my quilting - lol! I'm hoping to have a recap video of our trip ready next week! Have you ever been to an AQS show? What did you think?

They had so many props to choose from, and this one really spoke to me, hahaha.

Inside My Sewing Room

I am keeping up with my 15-minute a day sewing. I've been posting updates inside the Clubhouse. I haven't gotten to my legit kit, but I am truly enjoying hand-sewing. I've been bringing my EPP kit with me all over the place. I did miss a single day - yesterday. I was so tired I fell asleep putting the kids to bed, and then I decided to go straight to bed - lol! Worth it!

Are you sewing 15-minutes a day this month with me? Let me know how it's going!

Take care of yourself, you deserve it!

May your bobbin always be full!

This Week's Struggle Lately, the biggest thing getting in the way of my sewing hasn't been motivation. It's Time. Work has been busy. The kids need three meals a day - every day (ugh, lol)! And when I do have a...

Happy Friday Eve Reader! You don’t need more time to quilt. I thought I did. For the longest time, I told myself: “If I just had more time, I’d finish more quilts.” But the truth? It wasn’t time. It was focus. I loved starting projects. But when it came time to actually finish them, I’d bounce to something new. That’s how I ended up with a pile of WIPs. So, I changed one thing: I started focusing on just one “Momentum Quilt” each month. Not to finish it. Just to make progress. And that’s...

Happy Friday Eve Reader! This week’s video is all about how I’m organizing my WIPs so they actually keep moving. Last week I asked how old your oldest WIPs were… and apparently, I’m in very good company. Kim has a 41-year-old hand-pieced sampler that only needs binding.Dorothy has a 15-year-old table topper—even though she doesn’t have the table anymore (honestly, I could see that happening to me).Martha started a quilt in 1998 that still needs quilting.Evelin also has a 15-year-old quilt...
